Teaching
Since 2011, I have developed and delivered engaging lessons for diverse groups, from 25-person interactive workshops to 200-person undergraduate lectures, both online and in-person. Lessons and workshops have focused on various stages of the design process, including design thinking, human-centred design, and UX research methods. Classes have been developed for students and professionals working in design industries as well as those collaborating with designers in cross-functional teams.
I have completed the SEDA-certified University Teaching & Development Program (2019) as well as the LUMA Practitioner Certification Program (2022) and LUMA Instructor Certification (2024).
